Taylor, 35, is known for her generosity, be that to fans or her employees, and her latest drop of bonuses is no exception.
Her Eras Tour began in Arizona in March 2023, and concluded in Vancouver im December 2024.
The tour spanned 149 shows across five continents and became the highest-grossing tour of all time, as well as the first to bring in over $1 billion in revenue.
But she couldn’t do it alone, of course, and there are hundreds of people that help to make Taylor’s shows the spectacle they are each night, from road crew, to hair and make-up, and even catering and cleaning.

One lucky crew member who worked on Taylor’s tour has shared the bonus he got – which came with a hand-written note from the singer herself, expressing her gratitude.
The man, whose job on the show is unknown, shared that he’d got a $100,000 bonus from Taylor – which is a pretty delightful extra to receive for all his hard work!
The note, shared by PopBase on X (formerly Twitter), read: “Robert, Thank you for your superb work on the U.S. leg of The Eras Tour!! Your well-deserved bonus is $100,000. Love, Taylor.”

Yes, that’s $100,000 extra on top of their salary for their work on the tour.
Fans quickly flooded social media, praising the singer for sharing the wealth after such a successful tour.
They wrote: “That’s incredibly generous.Taylor Swift really knows how to appreciate her team.”
Others added: “A $100,000 bonus alongside a handwritten note shows just how much she values the people who help bring her tours to life,” and: “What an incredible gesture of appreciation from Taylor! That’s a life-changing bonus.”
And it seems this bonus was far from a one-off, as People reported that over the past two years, Taylor gave out $197 million in bonuses to all her tour employees.
Everyone from truck drivers, caterers, lighting, sound, instrument techs, merch team, production staff and assistants, carpenters, dancers, band, security, choreographers, pyrotechnics, riggers, hair, make-up, wardrobe, physical therapists, and video team were blessed with bonuses for bringing her mega tour to life.
