Phillips recently took on the challenge of sleeping with 100 men in one day and now we can have a closer look at how the day unfolded.
Popular YouTuber Josh Pieters spent the day with Phillips and filmed behind-the-scenes.
One scene in particular was shared on X which featured the 23-year-old having an interview immediately after the challenge was complete.
Naturally, the adult star appears to be exhausted by the entire ordeal and almost dazed by it all.
“It’s not for the weak girls,” Phillips said. “If I’m honest, it was hard. I don’t know if I’d recommend it.”
When questioned why, Phillips likened the day to “being a prostitute” and noted that the entire day was “intense”.
She explained that if differed from just “having sex with someone” because it was “one in, one out”.
With the full documentary being available on YouTube, people have seen it and offered their thoughts.
One person said: “This documentary is devastating to watch as a human. Thanks for making such great content Josh.”
A second person added: “OMG the instant regret she had after when she realized how meaningless it all was. that’s something she will have to live with for the rest of her life. i actually feel sorry for her.”
Another said: “This breaks my heart. She is so wrapped up in making sure the men enjoy themselves. No concern for own health or safety. The fact she doesn’t remember most of it is a sure sign of dissociation and trauma. Dissociation is your body’s way of showing you its overwhelmed beyond capacity. This whole thing is so sad.”
Despite seeming slightly overwhelmed with 101 men in a day, Phillips intends to break the world record and sleep with 1000 next.
To prepare for the challenge, Phillips has been “warming up” with smaller-scale stunts.
“I’ve done 101, and I’m doing 300 in a few weeks. It’s like a boxing match,” she said on The Reality Check podcast. “I think I’ll get sore towards the end, but I’ve got the right determination just to be able to push on.”
Dr. Zac Turner, a specialist in preventive health and wellness, has issued a warning about the potential physical and psychological toll of such an undertaking.
“Sex, at its core, is a physically demanding activity that engages various muscles, the cardiovascular system, and the release of endorphins,” Dr. Turner said via the New York Post.
“Done in moderation, it’s akin to a rewarding workout – promoting stress relief, cardiovascular health, and emotional bonding.”

However, Dr. Turner cautioned that extreme scenarios, like a 24-hour sexual marathon, could lead to severe physical strain. “Fatigue diminishes the pleasurable aspects, and the constant physical exertion transitions from beneficial to harmful,” he explained.
Potential risks include tearing, bruising, general soreness, and fatigue-related injuries. “Lisa Sparks, the previous record holder, herself admitted to being in pain for a week following her attempt – a clear sign of excessive strain,” he said.
Phillips acknowledged the logistical challenges of organizing an event of this scale. She revealed that she has hired a personal assistant and security personnel to ensure the day runs smoothly.
“The plan is to get a room with two doors. The logistics of this is insane,” Phillips explained. Participants must submit a photo holding their ID to confirm their identity and her assistant is organizing the schedule into hour-long time slots.
Despite the complexities, Phillips remains optimistic. “I’m just hoping for a conveyor belt,” she said. “They need to walk in the room and then leave.”
